Please apply online at: https://mnvotes.sos.state.mn.us/ABRegistration/ABRegistrationStep1.aspx. Please ensure that you have applied early enough that you have ample time to return your ballot. It must be received by Election Day to be counted.

Absentee voting locations must be open during their normal business hours (for Scott County that is 8-4:30) starting 46 days before the election. In addition, we must also be open:
•The last Saturday before Election Day 10 a.m. — 3 p.m. (11/3)
•The day before Election Day until 5 p.m. (Monday 11/5)

*please note that from Monday October 29th - Monday November 5th absentee voting will be moved to rooms LA240/241 of the Law Enforcement Center at 301 Fuller St S Shakopee (Directly across the street to the north of the Government Center) due to the expected increase in voter turnout.
