COVID-19 UPDATE 3/19/20 9:00am
SmartLink/TransitLink is a door to door bus service available to all Scott County residents which is still operating. At this time there is availability on the buses. We also offer pick-ups and deliveries of food and medicine, if available. We ask that you please cancel any non-essential trips, especially if you have underlying health conditions, like diabetes, asthma, or heart disease. Customers using the service should wash your hands before riding, cover coughs and sneezes, and stay home if you’re sick. If you need a ride please call Customer Service at 962.496.8341 Option 1 and we will do our best to accommodate your requested destination; even on short notice.
*Our Volunteer driver program has been temporarily suspended until April 1st and will be reassessed at that time to decide next steps.
*The Smartlink customer service window at the Marschall Road Transit Station has been closed as mandated by the closure of all Scott County buildings until April 1st.
*MVTA is still operating, please go to www.mvta.com for the latest news on their operations. Schedules are changing as of March 20.
