Description

Scott County, the City of Savage and MnDOT have partnered to ždevelop a long-term concept for roadway improvements along Trunk Highway (TH) 13 in the vicinity of Dakota Avenue and Yosemite Avenue.  This study will continue recent efforts to address safety, access, and mobility issues within the TH 13 corridor and evaluate improvements that benefit freight movements to and from the Ports of Savage area.

Additional information including notices for upcoming public meetings on the project will be posted on this page as it becomes available.

Purpose & Justification

This project will improve the safety and mobility in this area by construction an interchange and removing direct access to US Highway 169. This project is consistent with the long-term vision of converting this segment of US Highway 169 into a freeway.

This project will be funded in part by the Scott County Transportation Sales Tax.
