Employment & Training
What We Do
Scott County Employment & Training is a division of Health and Human Services Department and a Dakota/Scott CareerForce partner. We help residents obtain employment and pursue career goals.
Using the Career Lab
The Career Lab is available to help residents access technology and resources to apply for employment positions. The Lab is open on weekdays from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. No appointments are necessary to use the Career Lab.
The Career Lab is currently hosting Thursday in-person Employer of the Day Hiring Events. Please reference the Quick Links section below for weekly details. For information on virtual hiring events and virtual workshops, visit CareerForce MN.
