Libby by OverDrive iconRBdigital eAudiobooks have moved to Libby

As of December 15th, RBdigital eAudiobooks have moved to Libby. Customers who checked out an RBdigital eAudiobook anytime before December 14th will enjoy uninterrupted access to their audiobook, but will be unable to renew it. RBdigital eMagazines will remain available through January before moving to Libby.

CloudLibrary users may continue to enjoy eBooks and eAudiobooks in the cloudLibrary app or website at this time. We'll share more information about cloudLibrary soon.


Changes Coming to eBooks, eAudiobooks, and eMagazines

This winter, Scott County Library will transition to OverDrive's Libby app as your one-stop shop for eBooks, eAudiobooks, and eMagazines. There will be a period of migration as we work to move our collections to Libby. Stay tuned for more changes coming soon!

Get Started with Libby

  • Read the Getting Started with Libby Guide or watch the video below
  • In the App: Download Libby from your app store and search for "Scott County Library" (listed under "MELSA Metropolitan Library Service Agency"). Sign in with your library card and PIN. 
  • In a browser: Visit libbyapp.com and search for "Scott County Library" (listed under "MELSA Metropolitan Library Service Agency"). Sign in with your library card and PIN.

  • Visit the Libby Help page
  • Use our Ask a Librarian Form for more eAudiobook help 
  • If you don't know your PIN, you can reset it by visiting our catalog page (if we have your email on file) or by contacting a library
  • If your privilege has expired or you can't sign in, we might need update your library card. Use the Ask a Librarian Form to share your updated contact info with us
