Minnesota Unbundled Law Project: A directory of attorneys offering unbundled legal services (also known as limited scope legal services) that are customizable based on needs and budget. Practice areas include family, business, employment, real estate, benefits, housing, wills, trusts, and elder law, consumer protection and debt, and more.
The Minnesota Lawyer Referral and Information Service (MNLRIS): Connects persons with legal issues to one of over 200 qualified private attorneys practicing in over 50 areas of law. Referral counselors can set up appointments, provide general legal information and direct people to appropriate services. Reduced fee options available upon request. Southern Valley Alliance: SVA provides direct assistance to victim-survivors, makes referrals to other support services, and conducts community education across Scott and Carver counties. Can provide crisis intervention, legal and court advocacy, support groups, and safety planning for survivors of domestic violence and their families. Call 952-873-4214 for more information.
