Practice your nature observation skills through nature journaling. Join us at Spring Lake Regional Park for a gentle nature walk, discover the benefits of nature journaling, and then create your own! Nature journaling will activate your senses, engage your curiosity, and help create a grounding presence in the park… all of which help reduce stress. Let nature observation inspire your creativity. Journals can include writing, drawing, nature treasures, and more -- there is no wrong way to journal. Journals will be provided courtesy of the Statewide Health Improvement Program (SHIP) in Scott County. This program is open to ages 10+.
