At Cedar Lake Farm Regional Park, you can practice your nature observation skills through nature journaling. Join us for a gentle nature walk, discover the benefits of nature journaling, and then create your own! Nature journaling will activate your senses, engage your curiosity and help create a grounding presence in the park; all of which help reduce stress. Let nature observation inspire your creativity. Journals can include writing, drawing, nature treasures, and more - there is no wrong way to journal. Journals will be provided courtesy of the Statewide Health Improvement Program (SHIP) in Scott County. This program is open to ages 10+.
