Parental Abduction in Shakopee

On August 30, 2022, at approximately 12:38 pm, Scott County Sheriff’s Office 911 Dispatch received a report of a parental abduction of a child at the Scott County Government Center in Shakopee.  It was found that 9-month-old Jahki Forester was removed from protective custody by Zenitra Lee, his non-custodial mother.   Both were last seen leaving the Government Center on foot.  Their destination or direction of travel is unknown.

 

MISSING CHILD DESCRIPTION:

JAHKI JOBAHIAH FORESTER

9 MONTHS OLD, DOB 12/5/2021 

BLACK MALE WITH BLACK HAIR 

LAST SEEN WEARING RED “MICKEY MOUSE” ONESIE AND RED PANTS

 

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION:

ZENITRA ZAPHORAH LEE (ALSO GOES BY THE NAME ZENITRA FORESTER)

25 YEARS OLD (DOB 9/4/1997)

BLACK FEMALE, 5’8” TALL, 142 LBS, BLACK HAIR, BROWN EYES

LAST SEEN WEARING A BLACK BANDANA, A GRAY TANK TOP, BLACK PANTS, BLACK SANDALS, CARRYING A “PATAGONIA” BACKPACK 

 

There is no known vehicle associated with this incident.

 

Zenitra Lee has known family and associates in the metro area.


The Scott County Sheriff’s Office is working with multiple local and state law enforcement agencies to locate these individuals.  If you have seen or know the whereabouts of Jahki Forester and Zenitra Lee, please call the Scott County Sheriff’s Office at 952-496-8423 or dial 911.
