Visit The Landing-Minnesota River Heritage Park for Folkways of the Holidays! Take a guided tour for a look inside a sampling of historic homes decorated for the holiday season. Explore a variety of traditional mid-winter celebrations brought to Minnesota by 19th century immigrants. Spin a dreidel, learn a carol, or try your hand at fortune-telling as you explore the story behind many familiar -- and some obscure -- holiday traditions still celebrated today. Learn how modern immigrant communities continue to bring new holiday traditions to Minnesota from all over the world. Cost is $12 and reservations are required.
