Spring cleaning just got easier! Have you been looking for an eco-friendly way to ditch your yard waste this spring? Well, look no further than the SMSC Organics Recycling Facility. Every Sunday in April and May, the facility—in partnership with the cities of Prior Lake, Shakopee, and Savage—will be hosting its annual free Spring Yard Waste Drop-Off program. Scott County residents can stop by 1905 Mystic Lake Drive South in Shakopee from 8 AM to 2 PM to drop off unwanted grass clippings, leaves, mulch, and brush.
