It’s back! Start at Prior lake City Hall, then make your way to the Police Station, and finally the Prior Lake Library Building for free Trick-R-Treating on Monday, October 31 from 9am - 4pm. Children should come in costume and collect treats from different departments. Please bring your own treat bag.
