Small-scale and backyard poultry is emerging throughout Minnesota. University of Minnesota Extension will be hosting a workshop on Thursday, January 26, from 5:30 to 7 PM with an agenda filled with multiple topics geared toward the needs of the beginning farmer, hobbyist, or backyard producer and those who would like to raise birds on a small scale.
