[ARCHIVED] Carver County Highway 61 and 101 traffic interruptions starting October 2

Although there are no planned full closures of Highway 101, there will be only one lane in each direction open to traffic while this work is occurring. Motorists should expect traffic disruptions and delays as this work is occurring and are advised to use alternate routes if possible.

This work is weather-dependent and any significant changes to the schedule will be communicated when they are known.

This deck sealing work is being done to preserve and extend the life of the Highway 101 causeway bridge, as a significant investment was made with the Southwest Reconnection

Project.
