On February 3, 2019 at approximately 9:16 a.m., Scott County Sheriff’s Deputies were directed to respond to a three vehicle crash at the intersection of 185th Street East and Natchez Avenue in Credit River Township.
According to witnesses, a black Jeep Cherokee driven by a 42-year-old Faribault woman was northbound on Natchez Ave, nearing the intersection with 185th Street East. Witnesses state the vehicle did not stop at the stop sign, and continued into the intersection where it made broadside contact with a black Ford Taurus which was traveling east bound on 185th Street East. This vehicle was being driven by a 48-year-old Prior Lake man. Also in this vehicle was a 14-year-old boy who was riding in the front passenger seat. Upon impact, a blue Nissan Pathfinder following the Ford being driven by a 46-year-old Lakeville woman, swerved to the right and made contact with the Jeep.
The 14-year-old boy, the driver of the Ford, the driver of the Jeep, and the driver of the Nissan were all transported by Allina Ambulance to Hennepin County Medical Center for various injuries sustained in the crash.
At this time, alcohol is not believed to be a factor in this crash.
