Come to the Spring Lake Town Hall Community Center (20381 Fairlawn Avenue, Prior Lake, MN 55372) on August 10 for a free event designed to provide an opportunity for children, adults, and teens with special needs and their families to explore emergency vehicles, build relationships with public safety staff, and make a personal connection with first responders in an environment free of horns, lights, and sirens.
There will be an optional opportunity in the last half hour of the event where lights and sirens will be turned on.
This event is hosted by the Scott County Sheriff’s Office. If you have any questions or concerns about what to expect, feel free to contact Scott County Sheriff’s Office Community Engagement Deputy Amy Lueck at 952-496-8862 or [email protected].
(P.S. A cookie dough food truck will also be there!)
