Spencer Street will be closed Monday between 10th Avenue and 11th Avenue to fix a collapsed sewer pipe. The street will be closed between 7 and 8 a.m. with repairs expected to take up to six hours.
Traffic will be detoured to Main Street and 11th Avenue. West Junior High School traffic must use the 10th Avenue driveway.
