Visit The Landing-Minnesota River Heritage Park, Shakopee, and bring your family and friends for a private, hands-on maple sugaring experience. Hike with a guide through the sugarbush and discover the cultural significance of maple sugaring. Tap a tree, gather the sap, and watch as it’s boiled down to make real maple syrup. Enjoy a sample of the “sweet rewards” of your labors. Cost is $40 per group and reservations are required by two days prior. Call 763-559-6700 to reserve a time slot. This program is open to all ages and children 11 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Maximum of 15 people per group.
