At Cleary Lake Regional Park, you can join guest teaching artist Scott Stafford for “Moving Outdoors,” a one-hour guided practice focused on finding flow with nature through breath and movement. This class will offer techniques for quieting the mind and easing the body – including seated and standing sequences from tai chi and qigong forms -- to promote overall well-being and balance. Together we will move in nature and with nature, no experience necessary. Movement is modifiable to all levels and abilities. This program is free and open to ages 18+.
